about

A near derelict robotic soldier combs a post-war beach, looking for shipwrecked jewels to memorialize her fallen company. Inspired by Elizabeth Bear's short story "Tideline" which was originally published in Asimov's Science fiction magazine in March 2007. (You can also have it read to you by LeVar Burton on his podcast "LeVar Burton Reads", which is what I did).

The shore and bitcrushed chordwaves were created by Minilogue. Organelle grained and froze the droning waves, while also doing a stereo Rhythmicon impression throughout (which is very impressive). The Crayon and Memory Toy are rarely not on.
